Truly imperial residence in the luxury aparthotel
The luxurious aparthotel is located in the middle of the magnificent natural and mountain landscape of Mariazell. The hotel combines the genuine and authentic originality of this unique landscape with the exclusive furnishings of the apartments. This ambience turns every visit into a special experience. Experience the power of tranquillity in the midst of magnificent nature and feel it with every view you can enjoy from the apartments.
There are four comfortably furnished apartments available. The three large apartments for 1 - 5 people are 100m2 in size. Each luxury apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, WC, living room/bedroom with heated bench, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, desk, telephone, WLAN, wine cellar with minibar, safe, Smart TV and balcony with a view of the Mitterbach mountains. Each of the large luxury apartments has its own private spa area with a magnificent mountain panorama. The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna with infrared light and light rail, bathtub, relaxation area and private terrace. The aparthotel also has its own wine cellar, in which each of the large apartments has its own wine fridge.
The ground-floor garden apartment for 1-3 people is 50m2 in size and is divided as follows: Living-bedroom with cozy sitting area, fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, separate bedroom with modern double bed, spacious bathroom, shower, WC, WLAN, smart TV. The highlight is the access to the spacious garden with a magnificent view of the mountains.
In the high season, you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet including sparkling wine and egg dishes from the breakfast menu at the hotel (only 1 minute away by car) for an extra charge. On arrival, guests will find a fruit basket and a bottle of Prosecco in their apartment.
All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is of course permitted on the terrace and balcony. The house offers plenty of parking spaces and a room with a ski and hiking boot dryer.
The R&R Residences also include the Hotel Mitterbach (Schwurwiesenweg 1), with a total of 28 rooms, as well as the vacation apartments (Seestraße 11), with a total of two cozy apartments directly on the village square of Mitterbach.
