The wonderful landscape around the majestic Ötscher invites you to hike and discover the Vaterberg of the Mostviertel. On 230 km of hiking trails Lackenhof offers countless possibilities to dive into the enchanting mountain world.
The double chair lift Großer Ötscher helps to shorten the hiking time and brings hikers in a comfortable way to the ideal starting point for scenic hikes in different degrees of difficulty.
In winter, nine lifts open up 19 kilometres of pistes. Families and pleasure carvers prefer the almost 3 km long, wide family run. The 5 kilometre long riffle descent with a beautiful view of the Kleine Ötscher is of medium difficulty. It is quite steep on the small and large Ötscherpiste down the mountain.
