Description
The cross-country skiing center near Puchenstuben is located at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,250 m above sea level and offers snow-sure and panoramic cross-country skiing fun in the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park. Cross-country skiers of all ages can make their tracks on around 40 kilometers of professionally groomed trails. The panoramic trails, such as the Silbergrube trail, are particularly popular with fans of the classic technique. Skaters, for example, can glide to Wastl am Wald on the challenging trail 2, which combines fairytale forests with magnificent views.
The Berghaus Turmkogel is recommended as a refreshment stop.
If you don't have any cross-country skiing equipment, you can easily hire it from the Jagersberger family.
