The well-kept self-catering house in a secluded location on the edge of the forest at 880 meters above sea level is the guarantee for a relaxing vacation. The vacation home is located 2 kilometers outside the village of Mitterbach at the foot of the Gemeindealpe. The fully equipped accommodation offers 190 m² of living space for 6-12 people. Bedrooms and lounges are separate from each other. Due to the many opportunities to play in the great outdoors (own meadow and forest areas), the accommodation is particularly popular with families with children.

- Signposted cycling and hiking trails around Ötscher and Gemeindealpe directly in front of the house
- Perfect starting point for cross-country skiers and ski tourers
- Mountain railroad Gemeindealpe- Mitterbach (1626m)! * 4-seater chairlift and 2-seater chairlift
- in summer downhill run from the middle station with scooters or go-karts
- In winter, ski down directly to the house
